Where are you located?
As we offer our in home and daycare services out of our home, we do not advertise our physical address. We are located near the Florida Blvd. and Acadian Thrwy. intersection in MidCity Baton Rouge. We are about 5 minutes from Dowtown and LSU, and no more than 15 minutes from anywhere in Baton Rouge. [unless it’s rush hour :-) ] Visit our About Us page for a map of our location.

Can I come by and see your place before I make a reservation?
Certainly! We would love to meet you and your pet! We offer consultations on an appointment basis. Please give us a call to schedule your consultation.
Why am I being charged shipping?
All payments made through paypal incur a 3.25% online convenience fee. The “shipping” charge reflects this fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event Client cancels the services of MPC, the following terms still apply:
8 or more days prior to service date: no charge
4-7 days prior to service date: 20% of Service Agreement is due.
2-3 days prior to service date: 50% of Service Agreement is due.
0-48 hours prior to service date, and/or holidays: full payment is due.
A note posted at the home is not considered notice of cancellation.
Exceptions will be made on an individual basis for emergency situations.
An additional service fee (equal to a one day charge) will apply in the following situations:
No pet present in the home (i.e. pet with family member,at the vet)
Unable to enter the residence due to lock or alarm code change that was not communicated to MPC.
